Tummala Motors was built as a real automotive business first. We are a dealer and enthusiast hub that provides vehicle sales, events, storage, detailing, protection, and customization services. Our giveaways are an extension of our community and passion for cars — not the other way around. Unlike many giveaway companies, our focus is rooted in the automotive industry and long-term customer relationships, not just sweepstakes promotions.

In addition, we also cover the full cost of shipping and vehicle delivery, and each winner receives a cash component intended to assist with applicable taxes, registration, insurance, title fees, and other costs associated with claiming the prize vehicle. However, the cash is yours to keep and may be used however you choose — whether toward those expenses, additional modifications, or personal use. 

Once the vehicle is awarded, it is 100% yours — you may choose to keep it, drive it, customize it, or sell it at your discretion. This means you receive not only the vehicle, but also the support and flexibility needed to truly enjoy your win.

The Main Giveaway, Weekly Giveaway, and Social Giveaway are separate sweepstakes with different goals, prize structures, and formats. The Main Giveaway is a large, milestone-based sweepstakes centered around a major vehicle and cash prize, while the Weekly Giveaway focuses on smaller, high-demand items and experiences. The Social Giveaway is community-driven and rewards participants for engaging with and promoting Tummala Motors on social media. Each giveaway differs in scale, structure, and prize type, but all are designed to reward and engage our community.

The Main Giveaway includes entries with any eligible purchase, while the Weekly Giveaway includes entries on orders of $50 or more, with a free alternative method of entry available for both. The Social Giveaway does not require a purchase and awards one entry per week after completing the required social actions and submitting the verification form. The Main Giveaway is open to the U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and territories) and Canada, while Weekly and Social Giveaways are open to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and Canada. All participants must be 18 or older. All sweepstakes are administered by a licensed third-party administrator to ensure fairness and a fully random drawing process.

Each giveaway operates within a defined weekly or campaign period and follows a structured entry and drawing process.

Main Giveaway: Runs for a set campaign period. All eligible purchases during this time receive entries. After closing, entries (including mail-in entries) are submitted to our third-party administrator for a fully random drawing. Winners are required to complete verification and tax documentation.

Weekly Giveaway: Runs every Monday through Sunday. Orders of $50 or more automatically receive entries into both the Weekly and Main Giveaways. Winners are selected weekly and announced during our livestreams.

Social Giveaway: Runs weekly alongside the Weekly Giveaway. Participants must follow, post/tag Tummala Motors, and submit the verification form. Each participant receives one entry per week. The winner receives 1,000 bonus entries into the following week’s Weekly Giveaway. The Social Giveaway prize consists of 2,000 entries into the current active Main Giveaway and 500 entries into the upcoming Weekly Giveaway.

Across all giveaways, winners are contacted only by phone and email and are never required to pay to claim a prize. If a selected entrant does not respond, a new winner is drawn in accordance with the official rules. Please allow approximately one week after each entry period ends for final processing, winner selection, and announcement.

No. Each participant is limited to one (1) entry per giveaway period. Duplicate submissions using the same or similar information (name, email, phone number, etc.) are not allowed and may result in disqualification. All entries are verified to ensure fairness.

You may enter again in future weeks, but only one valid entry is allowed per period.

We strive to provide complete transparency and satisfaction with every purchase. Because all products are made to order and include automatic giveaway entries, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing, color, or buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Transparency and compliance are extremely important to us. All sweepstakes are administered by our licensed third-party sweepstakes administrator (American Sweepstakes) to ensure fairness, compliance, and an unbiased winner selection process. We cannot alter, influence, or interfere with entries or drawings in any way.

After the entry period ends, all entries are securely sent to the administrator for a fully random drawing. For the Main Giveaways, a potential winner is selected and must pass eligibility verification (age, residency, and no affiliation with Tummala Motors) and complete required paperwork, including tax documentation, before being confirmed. For Weekly and Social Giveaways, the winner does not need to complete any paperwork or documentation. 

Winners are contacted only by phone and email and are never required to pay money to claim a prize. For all of our giveaways, once the winner is verified, we publicly announce the official winner on our website and social media channels, often through a livestream format. For Main Giveaways, we coordinate their visit to a Tummala Motors Lounge, and present the vehicle and check/cash prize. If the winner is unable to come to the Lounge, we will send the vehicle and check/cash prize to them. If the selected entrant does not respond in a timely manner, a new winner is drawn. 

After the entry period closes, please allow approximately 1 week for mail-in entries to be counted, the winner to be randomly selected, and the official announcement to be made on our social media channels.

We notify our community ahead of time via text, email, and social media so everyone can tune in and watch the process in real time. During prize delivery, we celebrate the moment with a reveal experience, spend time getting to know the winner, and document their story and experience, which may be featured across our website, social media, and marketing content.

All entries are securely tied to your Tummala Motors account. If you ever notice a discrepancy, please contact us and we will review it.

It is important to note that while services do not qualify for entries, if you are a Tummala Motors member, you will receive discounts on products and services. To ensure fairness, accuracy, and compliance, giveaway entries are only issued through our official online system. At this time, we do not offer entries for in-person services, offline purchases, or third-party sales channels due to limitations in secure tracking, potential for verification issues, and marketplace compliance requirements. This helps prevent discrepancies, protects against misuse or fraudulent claims, and ensures all participants have a fair and consistent experience.

Any apparel sold outside our official online store is not part of the giveaway program. For your safety, please beware of scams. Giveaway entries are only valid through our official Tummala Motors website or in person at a Tummala Motors Lounge. Any other websites or third parties claiming to offer entries are not affiliated with us.

All products sold through our official online shop are produced through our print-on-demand partner, allowing us to offer made-to-order items while keeping quality consistent and inventory lean. If you ever experience a product issue, please contact us and we will make it right.

At this time, giveaway entries are available only to eligible participants in the United States and Canada in accordance with the official rules of each active giveaway. Customers outside these regions are still welcome to purchase our apparel and products through our online shop; however, those purchases do not currently qualify for giveaway entries. As we continue to grow, our goal is to expand legally into additional countries and regions in the future.

We regularly attend car meets and host our own events where we promote the current giveaway vehicle, showcase vehicles from the collection, highlight our products and apparel, and offer special promotions for attendees.
