Qualifying purchases may include:

• Products from our online shop (merchandise, digital items, etc.)
• Memberships/subscription plans
• Most services, including PPF/wraps, window protection/tint, ceramic coating, paint correction, chrome delete, wheel/brake cosmetics, detailing, exterior styling, audio/electronics, interior restoration/customization, buy/sell/trade service fees, consignment service fees, storage, warranty upcharges, vehicle sourcing/brokering fees, fractional ownership service fees, and open-to-the-public/member-only event fees

It does not apply to:

• The purchase price of consignment or sourced/brokered vehicles
• Third-party financing, leasing, and insurance costs 

Certain excluded items may not qualify, including taxes, shipping, government fees, and non-commissionable vehicle sale amounts.

Our referral commissions are designed to apply to services, products, and experiences that we directly control and operate. Some items are excluded because their pricing is set by third parties, determined by market conditions, or already exclusive to members.

Vehicle purchase prices for consignment or sourced/brokered vehicles are set by vehicle owners, auctions, or external sellers, so we’re unable to adjust those prices directly. Financing, leasing, and insurance costs are determined by third-party lenders and insurance providers based on credit, underwriting, and regulatory requirements. Because these costs are outside of our control, membership discounts cannot be applied. Members may still receive concierge support and priority assistance throughout these processes.

No. Each customer may use only one referral code or referral link per account.

Once a customer account has used a referral code, that account becomes permanently associated with that referring member for future referral tracking purposes.

No. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

This includes:

• creating multiple accounts
• using your own code
• using family, friends, or duplicate accounts created for your benefit
• attempting to route purchases back to yourself

Any fraudulent activity may result in suspension or removal from the program.

Payouts are automatically issued based on your current tier:

• Sage Tier — Monthly
• Emerald Tier — Twice Monthly
• Imperial Tier — Weekly

All payouts are subject to order verification, fraud review, and any refund/cancellation windows.

All referral activity can be viewed in your Account Portal by navigating to the Referral tab. 

There you will find:

• Your unique referral code to provide to your Level 1 Directer Referrals 
• Your referral code to provide to your Level 2 Community Referrals 
• Commission tracking for all 3 levels
• Tax forms and payout setup (including direct deposit information)
• Payout history

Please note: Your Level 3 Extended Community Referrals will be automatically tracked through your Level 2 Community Referrals’ Portal, so you will automatically receive credit through that connection.

Yes. The official Tummala Motors Discord community is open to the public and allows members, affiliates, customers, and supporters to connect with the broader Tummala Motors community.

Within the Discord server, we offer additional private channels and resources exclusively for qualifying affiliates, members, and top-performing partners, including VIP affiliate channels and other restricted-access community areas.

Depending on your tier, activity level, or program status, Discord benefits may include:
• Community networking and collaboration
• Affiliate-only announcements and strategy discussions
• Access to special events, activations, and community experiences
• Support with referral growth and account questions
• One-on-one support or mentorship opportunities for qualifying affiliates
• Early access to select launches, campaigns, and special merchandise drops
• Additional educational resources, tools, and promotional materials

Discord access, VIP privileges, support availability, events, and benefits may vary by tier and are subject to change at any time.

Tummala Motors reserves the right to remove access from users who violate community guidelines, engage in abusive behavior, spam, fraud, or conduct that negatively impacts the community or brand.

Tier upgrades are based on total gross sales volume across all referral levels.

• Emerald Tier → $1,000,000 network sales
• Imperial Tier → $10,000,000 network sales

Once the threshold is reached, your account is automatically upgraded.

Yes, affiliates may use approved paid advertising methods, social media, and word-of-mouth promotion. However, deceptive advertising, misleading claims, spam, and unauthorized brand keyword bidding are prohibited.

Any promotion of Tummala Motors giveaways must include the required sweepstakes disclosures and fine print found in our Official Rules Web Pages, and must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and advertising guidelines.

Although all sales are generally final and refunds are not offered, customers may still initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals through their bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If a referred transaction is later reversed, charged back, canceled, or otherwise invalidated after referral commission has already been paid, Tummala Motors reserves the right to reverse, offset, or deduct the previously paid referral amount from future payouts.

If no future payout balance is available, the affiliate or referrer may be required to repay the commission amount associated with the disputed transaction.

Repeated chargebacks, suspicious activity, or abuse associated with referred customers may result in referral review, commission holds, or account suspension.

If a referred order is refunded, canceled, charged back, or reversed, associated referral credit and commission may be removed or adjusted.

Only successfully completed and fully paid transactions qualify for commission payout.
