At Tummala Motors, we work to process and ship eligible physical products as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.
Order Processing
Most physical product orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Processing times may vary during product drops, promotional periods, holidays, giveaway closing periods, or high-volume order windows.
Digital products, including entry passes, wallpapers, downloads, digital rewards, and discount codes, are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected, destination, carrier, and order volume.
Typical delivery estimates may include:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing, if available

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Tummala Motors is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tummalamotors.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing and package handling are controlled by the carrier.
Tummala Motors is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, weather delays, incorrect delivery scans, or other delivery issues outside our control.
If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your household, neighbors, building office, mailroom, or carrier before contacting us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tummalamotors.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. This may include digital entry passes, wallpapers, downloads, promotional digital assets, rewards, and discount codes.
All digital products are final sale unless otherwise required by law.
Shipping Locations
We offer domestic and international shipping to eligible destinations shown at checkout.
Shipping availability may vary based on product type, destination, carrier availability, customs requirements, legal restrictions, and fulfillment partner capabilities.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless specifically stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for customs delays, refused packages, import restrictions, or packages returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or fees.
