Shipping Locations

Delivery Estimates

Lost or Delayed Packages

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because our products are tied to promotional giveaway entries:

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered
• Buyer’s remorse

Once an order is placed, giveaway entries are automatically submitted and cannot be reversed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Referral Program Policy

Our Referral Program rewards customers, members, and affiliates for sharing Tummala Motors with others and helping grow our community.

By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

How It Works

Participants may share their unique referral code or referral link with new customers.

When a referred customer completes a qualifying purchase, service booking, or membership signup, the referring participant becomes eligible for a cash commission payout based on their active referral tier.

Qualifying transactions may include, but are not limited to:

• merchandise and shop products
• memberships and subscription plans
• automotive services
• detailing, wraps, PPF, ceramic coating, and related services
• approved partner products or services

All referred transactions must be completed using the participant’s unique referral code or link in order to receive commission credit.

Cash Payouts

Referral rewards are paid in cash value through approved payout methods, including direct deposit, ACH, or other designated payment channels.

Payout schedules are determined by tier:

• Sage Tier — Monthly payouts
• Emerald Tier — Twice monthly payouts
• Imperial Tier — Weekly payouts

Commissions are paid as a percentage of the qualifying sale amount based on the participant’s active tier.

Payouts are only issued after:

• the customer payment has fully cleared
• the order is verified as valid
• any refund or cancellation window has expired
• fraud review has been completed

Refunded, reversed, canceled, or chargeback transactions are not eligible for payout.

Program Rules

• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited
• Referral codes may only be used once per new customer account
• Fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or manipulated activity will result in immediate removal from the program
• Tummala Motors reserves the right to audit referrals and commissions
• Referred accounts must be genuine new customers
• Use of fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or self-created accounts is prohibited
• Any attempt to abuse the multi-tier structure will result in suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions

Taxes & Reporting

Participants are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes related to referral earnings.

Where required by law, Tummala Motors may request tax documentation and issue tax forms, including IRS Form 1099, for qualifying annual payouts.

Failure to provide required tax information may delay or prevent payout.

Program Modifications

Tummala Motors reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Referral Program, payout schedules, commission percentages, or eligibility requirements at any time.

Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Terms govern participation in the Tummala Motors Affiliate and Referral Program.

By participating, you agree to comply with all terms below.

1. Affiliate Relationship

Participation in the program does not create any partnership, employment, agency, joint venture, or ownership relationship with Tummala Motors.

Affiliates act solely as independent promoters and referral participants.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commission based on their active tier and referral level.

Current tiers:

• Sage Tier — 5%
• Emerald Tier — 10%
• Imperial Tier — 15%

Commissions apply to qualifying products, services, and memberships.

Multi-tier commissions may apply based on the active referral network structure.

Tummala Motors reserves the right to modify commission percentages at any time.

3. Payout Eligibility

Commission payouts are only earned when:

• the transaction is successfully completed
• payment is received in full
• the refund window has expired
• the purchase is not disputed or charged back
• all compliance requirements are met

Payouts may be held for review if suspicious activity is detected.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not:

• engage in false or misleading advertising
• make guarantees or claims not approved by Tummala Motors
• impersonate Tummala Motors employees or representatives
• create fake customer accounts
• engage in self-referrals
• use spam, bots, or unauthorized paid advertising
• bid on branded trademark keywords without written approval
• engage in deceptive pricing claims

Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Marketing & FTC Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising laws and regulations, including FTC disclosure requirements.

Any public promotion must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship.

Example disclosure:

“I may earn a commission if you purchase through my referral link.”

This is extremely important for social media, email, and online advertising.

6. No Guarantee of Earnings

Tummala Motors makes no guarantee regarding affiliate income, referral volume, or future payouts.

Actual earnings depend on referral activity, transaction volume, and program eligibility.

7. Right to Terminate

Tummala Motors reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for any reason, including suspected abuse or policy violations.

Unpaid commissions associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

8. Program Modifications & General Conditions 

Tummala Motors reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any portion of the Affiliate and Referral Program at any time, including commission structures, payout schedules, eligibility requirements, referral benefits, tiers, or program terms.

Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future updates or modifications. Continued participation following any update constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

Tummala Motors also reserves the right to review, adjust, reverse, withhold, or deny commissions associated with refunds, cancellations, disputes, chargebacks, suspected fraud, duplicate accounts, policy violations, or other activity deemed inconsistent with the integrity of the program.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution 

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Tummala Motors, Tummala Motors Daily, the Referral Program, Affiliate Program, giveaways, products, services, memberships, or website activities shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By participating in our programs or using our services, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support@tummalamotors.com.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Tummala Motors reserves the right to require disputes to be resolved through binding arbitration or other dispute resolution procedures permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits, class arbitrations, or representative actions against Tummala Motors.
