Final Sale Policy
Because eligible purchases may include automatic giveaway entries, rewards, digital items, or promotional benefits, all purchases are considered final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Sizing issues
- Color preference
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Duplicate purchases
- Giveaway entry-related purchases
- Digital products, including entry passes, wallpapers, downloads, or digital rewards
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, opened, altered, or damaged after delivery
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another reasonable resolution at our discretion.

Digital Products
All digital products are final sale. This includes, but is not limited to, digital entry passes, wallpapers, downloadable files, digital rewards, discount codes, and promotional digital assets.
Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased or delivered unless required by law.
Giveaway Entries
Giveaway entries, bonus entries, promotional entries, and rewards connected to a purchase have no cash value and cannot be returned, exchanged, transferred, or refunded separately.
Requesting a replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item does not change giveaway eligibility or entry treatment unless otherwise stated in the Official Rules.
Refund Processing
If we approve a refund in a limited case, refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
Refund timing may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Shipping fees, processing fees, and digital items may be non-refundable unless required by law.
Return Shipping
Because all purchases are final sale, customers should not send products back without written approval. If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the company approves otherwise in writing or unless otherwise required by law. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or sent without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, replaced, credited, or refunded.
